the hotel was an interesting place for enjoying a nice enough area, really close to the city centre, the center of florence, and the attractions. we booked deluxe quadruple room with enough towels.
Everything was ideal.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with plenty of space for my family. I loved that we had a double bed in one room and bunk beds in a second room, perfect for our children. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated having the option to prepare meals. The owners were very pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great too, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, but still close to the city center. We were able to easily access transportation options, including the metro, made exploring this city easy.
Nothing all excellent.

Convenient location! 🚋 the place is centrally situated, close to the tram stop and the city center. I even enjoyed a cup of coffee at Forno Garbo, which is only a 10-minute walk from here.

I chose this hotel for attending a vendor expo as it is conveniently located just 3.8 km from Fortezza da Basso-Convention Center. The room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay during my business trip.
The only service I missed for my work was the availability of an iron.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and had a functional kitchen, perfect for longer stays. The location was convenient too, with easy access to public transport and just a short tram ride away from the city center. The staff, especially Simone, were friendly and provided us with all the information we needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel breakfast menu could be improved with the addition of shampoo and shower gel, as well as an iron. these small drawbacks didn't overshadow the overall positive experience at this hotel.

Simone and his family were lovely hosts, making us feel incredibly welcome. Shared kitchen, local stores, and a supermarket nearby were super convenient for preparing meals. Looking forward to staying here again!

Great Stay, Awesome Location, Wonderful Host!
A couple of minor drawbacks were present during our stay. there was a lack of a hairdryer, which was a bit inconvenient.
